Receptionist with night duty (m/f/d) at NH Collection Marbella

About the job

Your tasks: You check guests and groups in and out and assign rooms to match the guest profile, such as VIPs, repeat guests or new customers. You take wishes, requests and complaints and inform the front desk and management. You offer extras, for example through the loyalty programme, the restaurant or transport, manage reservations and get the best occupancy. You tell guests about the city, arrange special requests such as transport, reservations or laundry service, and help out in other departments when needed. On night duty you take care of wake-up calls, cash and billing, security rounds and night audit reports.

What you bring: You have front desk experience, ideally in a hotel of similar size, and preferably a degree in hotel management or equivalent. Good Spanish and good English are essential. You work confidently with Microsoft Office and front office systems and you are flexible, communicative, customer- and sales-oriented, a team player and independent.
