Job & Stay as an app, no app store needed
With its own icon on your home screen, full screen, free and without signing up. Here is how on iPhone, Android and computer.
Job & Stay is already installed as an app on this device.
Install nowiPhone and iPad
Apple only allows this in Safari. Chrome, Firefox or a browser inside WhatsApp or Instagram cannot do it on iPhone.
- Open jobandstay.com in Safari and tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up). On iPhone it is at the bottom in the middle, on iPad at the top right.
- Scroll down in the menu and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
- Confirm with “Add” at the top right. The Job & Stay icon is now on your home screen.
Android
On Android it works with Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet and most other browsers.
- Tap “Install now” above or “Install app” in the menu.
- If no prompt appears: in Chrome tap the three dots at the top right, then “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”.
- Confirm with “Install”. Job & Stay appears among your apps.
Computer
On a computer it works with Chrome, Edge or Brave. The app then opens in its own window.
- Click “Install now” above or “Install app” in the menu.
- Alternatively: click the small screen icon with an arrow on the right of the address bar.
- With Safari on a Mac: menu “File”, then “Add to Dock”.
The app always shows the current state of the site. It needs no sign-up and collects no additional data.
