Find job + room364 jobs with housing
For employers

There are workers. For good offers.

Employers who cannot find staff usually have an offer with no pay stated, no room and no plan for how someone from elsewhere could take the job. We apply a minimum standard. Meet it and you have an offer people are glad to apply for. Miss it and you are not listed, not even for money.

Every listing is free until the end of 2026. We translate it into ten languages.

What applicants really ask

Three things, and you have your team.

  1. Name the pay.

Every applicant's first question. A figure in the listing brings more applications than any adjective. And it has to fit the place: nobody moves to Iceland for 14 euros an hour when every flat there is expensive.

  2. Sort out housing.

A room on site, a housing allowance or help finding a place: say what there is and what it costs. People coming from far away decide on exactly that.

  3. Then applicants come from all over Europe.

The local job market is often empty. With pay and housing in the listing, you reach people in ten languages who will move for a season or longer.

Not an agency. No commission. Applications straight to you.

Recruitment agencies often charge around 30 percent of a gross annual salary per hire. With us you pay nothing. Your listing is free until the end of 2026, and every application lands directly in your inbox by email.

The minimum standard
  • Start date and duration: fixed-term or permanent
  • Details of the accommodation and monthly price
  • Pay as a figure, at least the collective-agreement rate
  • Who takes care of the work permit
  • A photo of the workplace

Stating the pay is allowed in Europe. And is becoming mandatory.

  • European Union: Directive 2023/970 requires that applicants learn the starting pay or a range before the interview. Asking about previous pay is prohibited.
  • Austria: The minimum pay has had to be stated in every job advert since 2011.
  • Germany: The implementing law has been announced for early 2027.
  • Switzerland: Job & Stay is an advertising medium, not a private employment agency. We publish your ad and forward applications, without preselection and without commission.

Showing the pay openly with us breaks no law. You are simply ahead of the others.

As of October 2026. Not legal advice. The flag stands for the legal situation in the EU, not for an endorsement by the EU.
No local company needed

No company in the country? Hire legally anyway.

Want to employ someone on the Costa del Sol or elsewhere in Europe, but have no local entity there? An Employer of Record becomes the legal employer on the ground: it issues the contract under local law and runs payroll, taxes and social security. Day to day, the person works for you like your own team.
