Your tasks: You cook high-quality dishes at your station with consistent quality, help develop recipes and menu items and work with fermentation, dry-aging and house-made products such as cheese, cured meats and kombucha. You keep kitchen standards high in a hectic setting, coordinate with the team and follow hygiene, safety and quality rules.
What you bring: Cooking experience, fine dining a plus, a Michelin background is preferred. You work with passion, are a team player, like to learn and stay calm under pressure. The restaurant values dedication and growth over a classic career path, and career changers are welcome.
