Receptionist (m/f/d) at NH Collection Marbella

About the job

Your tasks: You handle check-in and check-out for guests and groups and assign rooms according to guest profile, for example VIPs, repeat guests or new customers. You take requests, complaints and wishes and pass them on to the front desk and management. You know the hotel's offers, rates, promotions and events and suggest suitable extras such as the restaurant, transfers or the loyalty programme. You manage bookings, maximise occupancy at good rates and give tips about the hotel and its surroundings. On night duty you also handle wake-up calls, cash and billing, security rounds and the night audit.

What you bring: You have front desk experience, preferably in a comparable hotel, and ideally a degree in hotel management. You speak Spanish very well, plus good English. You know common software such as Microsoft Office and front office systems, and you are customer-focused, communicative, sales-minded and flexible, working well both in a team and independently.
