Chef de Partie (m/f/d) at Hotel Occidental Puerto Banús, Marbella

About the job

Your tasks: You organise the preparation of your station with raw ingredients and equipment and assign the tasks. You carry out recipes according to the menu plan and hygiene rules and supervise them. You guide cooks and kitchen staff, coordinate and check their work, and look after cleaning, storage and restocking of your station's food. You keep or oversee the hygiene and HACCP documentation, and you help with goods receiving, storage and internal supply.

What you bring: You have at least two years of experience in a similar position and ideally a higher qualification in kitchen management, hospitality or tourism along with HACCP training. Good English is desirable. You know the kitchen's products, equipment and tools, have a good sense of taste and smell, are creative and skilful, and bring leadership experience, organisational talent and team spirit. You are comfortable with office applications.
