About the job

Your tasks: You ensure a first-class welcome in line with front desk service standards, greet guests on arrival and make sure they settle into their rooms. You advise openly and professionally and record reservations correctly. You lead and support your team and keep daily operations precise and on time. You handle complaints promptly, keep guest accounts accurate and contribute to daily reports. You deploy staff efficiently within budget and support the hotel director with new hires.

What you bring: You have at least two years of experience at supervisor level in hospitality and strong leadership skills with a diverse team. Very good spoken and written English, a customer focus and a positive attitude are important. You understand fiduciary accounting, meaning the separation of payments and deposits, and you are willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
