About the job
Your tasks: You greet guests on arrival, introduce the hotel and help with check-in. You are the first point of contact for concerns, special requests and problems. You organise extra services such as transport, reservations or tips for attractions. You evaluate feedback from surveys, reviews and conversations and put improvements in place with the department heads. You maintain guest profiles, look after VIP and repeat guests including their arrivals and departures together with the front desk and hotel management, and offer services such as room upgrades, spa or dining. You help at PR events and prepare loyalty activities for returning guests.
What you bring: You have experience in a customer-oriented environment at a high level, preferably in hospitality, and ideally training in hotel management, tourism or business administration. International experience is a plus. You communicate strongly, think customer-first, enjoy leading and solve problems. Native or very good Spanish and a high level of English are required; further languages help. You are flexible with shift and weekend work.
