About the job
Your tasks: You run your own fine-dining station, look after guests throughout their meal, advise on menus, dishes and drinks and serve to the house standards. You prepare your station, fulfil individual wishes, guide the commis de rang and work closely with the kitchen, maître and sommelier.
What you bring: Several years as chef de rang or in a similar role in upscale hotels or restaurants, very good à la carte and gourmet service skills, solid food and drink knowledge, ideally wine too, quality awareness, a neat appearance and very good English. German or Italian is an advantage.
