About the job
Your tasks: You prepare and cook the dishes of the Edelweiss Mountain Cuisine, deputise for the head chef when absent and help plan, organise and coordinate kitchen operations. You guide apprentices, handle high-quality ingredients carefully and keep to house standards and HACCP guidelines.
What you bring: You have several years of professional experience, ideally in upscale gastronomy, and very good product and technical knowledge. You work independently and in a structured way, are committed, reliable, a team player and innovative, and speak very good German. Professional induction is guaranteed; personality and values matter more.
What DAS EDELWEISS offers: A permanent full-time position with pay based on experience and qualifications; the ad names no amount. You live in the staff house 5 minutes' walk away, with a kitchenette and balcony, and eat free seven days a week.
