About the job
Your tasks: You check guests in and out and look after them during their stay, answer questions, sell ski passes, take restaurant reservations and advise on excursions. You also handle written and phone bookings, offers, the Fidelio Suite8 hotel system, daily correspondence in German and English, the cash register, guest folders and invoices.
What you bring: You speak good written and spoken German and English, bring experience with Fidelio Suite8 and confident use of MS Office, and are friendly, well presented and organised. Reception experience or hotel or commercial training is preferred, career changers are welcome.
What Hotel Komperdell offers: A seasonal winter position, full or part time, starting immediately, no end date is given. Pay is stated as 3,200 euros, the period is not.
