About the job
Your tasks: You are the personal contact for guests' wishes, questions and requests, run the WhatsApp guest service, actively advise on offers and experiences and plan stays, from transfers and restaurant bookings to special experiences and excursion tips in the Dolomites. You take room-service orders and work closely with front office, housekeeping, spa and F&B.
What you bring: Experience in upscale hotels, ideally in guest experience, front office or concierge, a warm manner and enjoyment of people, organisational skills, independence, confidence with digital communication and ideally hotel software, and very good English, German and Italian.
