About the job
Your tasks: You mix classic cocktails and signature creations, lead the bar team on service, image and standards, handle cash collection, reconciliation and closing, train new staff, give feedback and enforce safety and hygiene rules. You boost sales with recommendations and the stories behind the drinks. The ad speaks of seasonal work but also of a stable contract, so clarify this in your application.
What you bring: At least two years in organised hospitality or restaurants, knowledge of classic cocktails (signature cocktail experience is a plus), English, other languages welcome.
