Your tasks: You audit the house standards daily, monitor online reputation (NPS, ReviewPro) and lead guest recovery after complex incidents. You stand in for the general manager, coordinate and mentor the heads of housekeeping, front office, F&B and maintenance and resolve friction between areas. Monthly you analyse the P&L, control cost deviations and propose measures to protect GOP, ensure health and safety compliance and lead corporate responsibility projects.

What you bring: A degree in hotel management, business administration or tourism (a master's, MBA or specialisation in revenue management or finance is a plus) and three to five years as deputy hotel manager or as a strategic department head with a cross-department view. Fluent professional English at C1, knowledge of hotel software such as PMS Avalon, BI tools and reputation platforms. You are dynamic, empathetic, solution-oriented, stay calm under pressure and are rigorous with data.
