About the job
Your tasks: You support the front office manager and stand in for them when they are away. You take guest complaints and claims and resolve them. You plan and allocate staff and resources, keep an eye on occupancy and sales, and make sure guests are satisfied during their stay. You know the hotel's facilities and the region well and make sure your team has the equipment it needs and safe, healthy working conditions.
What you bring: You hold a tourism degree and have around three years of experience in a comparable position. You speak very good English and a third language, and you work confidently with Word, Excel and hotel management software.
