About the job
Your tasks: You advise guests on wine in all restaurants and bars and develop the wine lists together with the F&B team. You look after the wine cellar, ensure proper serving and storage, run trainings and tastings for staff and plan wine tastings, themed evenings and events. Together with the service teams you put together fitting food pairings.
What you bring: You have training in hospitality and a sommelier certification, for example WSET or ASI. You bring several years of experience in upscale restaurants or hotels, solid wine knowledge and a confident presence. Sales talent, independence and team spirit complete your profile. You speak fluent German and English, more languages are a plus.
What Bürgenstock Resort offers you: A permanent full-time position (100 percent), starting immediately or by arrangement.
