About the job
Your tasks: You help in the kitchen, clear tables and do the mise en place, support the kitchen team during preparation and service, work as a runner and take care of dishwashing and cleaning utensils. You prepare drinks for the buffet, service and events, keep the dining rooms, terrace and work areas clean and clear snow. This also covers setting up and caring for the terrace and outdoor areas, helping in housekeeping with room preparation, laundry, setting up and running the outdoor bar, waste disposal and internal transport.
What you bring: You are motivated, resilient and reliable, work independently and carefully and present yourself well. Experience in a similar role is ideal. You have German skills, English is an advantage. You are flexible with working hours, including evening shifts and occasional overnight stays at the lodge, and love the alpine setting, with MTB in summer and skiing or snowboarding in winter.
