About the job
Your tasks: You guide reservations from enquiry to arrival across phone, email, web, travel agencies, booking portals and tour operators. You support occupancy and rate targets, handle special requests, VIP bookings, changes, cancellations and deposits and coordinate with Revenue, Front Office, Concierge and F&B. You review upcoming arrivals daily.
What you bring: Experience in luxury hotels, ideally in reservations, front office or sales, and an understanding of how hotel departments work together. You know PMS or CRS systems such as Opera, speak English and Spanish at a high level, and a third language is highly valued. Customer focus, independence and negotiation skills complete the profile.
