About the job
Your tasks: You share responsibility for smooth operation in the open breakfast show kitchen and prepare all egg dishes à la minute in front of the guests. You prepare, plate and present hot and cold dishes, set up, clear and look after the breakfast buffet. You make sure all preparation is finished on time, check food quality, keep things clean and hygienic according to HACCP and work closely with the other kitchen stations and the service team.
What you bring: You have completed vocational training as a cook and/or at least two years of professional experience. You speak good German and/or English, are dutiful, flexible, resilient, quality-minded and a team player.
