About the job
Your tasks: You prepare and present dishes at your own station, lead and organise it and support the head chef and team. You handle mise en place and orders, agree the daily tasks with the head chef, help plan half-board and à la carte menus and follow HACCP hygiene rules.
What you bring: You have professional experience in hospitality or a similar field and are a team player, responsible and goal-oriented. You organise well, solve problems and think of the guest. German at C1 and English at B2 are required.
What Hotel Enzian offers: A permanent full-time position, in a 6-day week in winter, with performance-based, above-scale pay depending on experience; the ad names no amount. On top come Christmas and holiday pay, quality and sales bonuses and weekly settled tips. You get staff accommodation with shower, WC, TV and Wi-Fi plus breakfast, lunch and dinner, also on days off. There are also sauna, wellness and gym at set times, discounted stays at sister hotels, a reduced season ski pass and conditions at Intersport Glanzer.
