About the job
Your tasks: You organise your assigned station, do the daily mise en place and prepare and serve lunch, dinner and desserts. You take on cleaning and checking tasks and follow occupational safety according to HACCP and KOPAS. You support the chef with quality and safety standards and help with orders, goods receipt and storage.
What you bring: You have completed training as a cook (EFZ) and several years of experience in a similar hospitality position. You are service-minded, communicative and well presented. You need French at B2 level, Italian is an advantage.
