Your tasks: You support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in buying, storing, preparing and serving food to a high standard. You follow hygiene and food safety rules, check the quality of delivered goods and suggest improvements to the menu and quality. You anticipate guests' dietary needs, report equipment faults, cook balanced staff meals as agreed and work as a team with other departments.
What you bring: You have experience in a comparable kitchen role and know food safety regulations. A culinary qualification is preferred but not required. You communicate well, work in a team and keep an overview under stress.
