About the job
Your tasks: You support the daily running of the office and plateria, the area that cleans and provides crockery, cutlery and glassware. You coordinate cleaning and disinfection of utensils, tableware, glasses and equipment, watch restocking of clean material during service, distribute tasks, help with onboarding and training and ensure hygiene and food safety. You work closely with kitchen and dining room.
What you bring: Training in hospitality or catering, experience in office, plateria or leading operational teams, ideally in hotels, resorts or luxury venues. Advanced Spanish, intermediate English, organisation and coordination skills, quality focus, knowledge of food hygiene and industrial washing equipment, and Office software.
