Your tasks: You deputise for the head chef with operational responsibility, help plan breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and dinner menu and lead a team of four cooks and a dishwasher; everything is cooked fresh, Austrian specialities and international dishes with an Italian touch.
What you bring: Experience as deputy head chef, enjoyment of leading a team and passion for fresh, high-quality produce.
What Erzberg offers you: From €2,600 net per month, plus Christmas and holiday pay (approx. +20%), payout of unused days off and overtime at season end, free single room (or double on request) with shower, TV and Wi-Fi, free meals every day, a washing machine in-house and a 6-day week with a fixed day off.
About the company: A family-run 4-star boutique hotel with 48 beds in the middle of Zürs am Arlberg (Schneider family), half board, no à la carte and no closing day, rated 4.9 of 5 on Tripadvisor. Easy to reach by train (Langen or St. Anton am Arlberg).
