About the job

Your tasks: You run all beverage outlets in the hotel bar area, lead the team with shift planning, task assignment and performance tracking, control costs, purchasing and inventory, ensure hygiene, safety and service standards and handle guest incidents and satisfaction.

What you bring: You have training or a degree in hospitality, catering or F&B and at least three years as bar manager or head of bars in resort hotels or high-volume venues. You know costing, inventory, purchasing planning and POS and reporting systems. Upper-intermediate English is essential, other languages are welcome.
