About the job
Your tasks: You welcome and look after guests in a friendly, professional and personal way, are the central contact and make sure guest requests are met, support the front office manager and cover for them in their absence, coordinate the daily front office work of a team of about 10 and maintain quality standards.
What you bring: You have experience in this position and hotel category, leadership skills, role-model behaviour and assertiveness, business sense and organisational talent, speak very good German and English (Italian or French is an advantage) and are good with MS Office, ideally Protel.
What STOCK resort offers: A permanent full-time position from 26.11.2026 in a 5-star superior hotel with pay under the collective agreement, overpayment possible depending on qualifications, no amount stated, plus 13th and 14th salaries.
