About the job
Your tasks: You clean and maintain the spa facilities inside and out, including saunas, changing rooms, restrooms, pool, treatment rooms and fitness areas. You look after and supervise spa guests, restock supplies and keep everything tidy.
What you bring: You have experience in housekeeping or spa cleaning and are physically fit, also in very warm rooms. You have a neat, friendly manner, enjoy working with guests and like being part of a team. You speak German or English and are ready to work shifts and weekends.
What Bürgenstock Resort offers you: A permanent full-time position (100 percent) starting November 2026 or by arrangement. The staff house has a gym, TV lounge, billiard room and library. You get discounts in the restaurants, preferential rates for overnight stays, also for family and friends, savings on tennis, golf, sports gear, insurance and group classes, REKA cheques, support with public transport costs, parking at preferential rates, the staff app as well as further training and internal development options.
About the resort: The resort on the Bürgenberg has three hotels, twelve restaurants, bars and lounges and two spas. Around 700 people from 54 nations work here.
