Your tasks: You are the first point of contact for spa guests, welcoming and looking after them and organising spa appointments. You handle enquiries by phone and in writing, run the spa reception including administrative tasks and work closely with the spa team.
What you bring: You have front desk experience, ideally in a spa or wellness setting. You are friendly and well presented, enjoy looking after guests and work in an organised, responsible, independent and careful way. You hold high quality standards and like helping to develop them.
