About the job
Your tasks: You welcome guests with a welcome drink and house tour, give information, handle billing and invoice checks, provide concierge services such as transfer and ski school bookings, and deal with mail, the guest app, the phone system, cash closings and emails.
What you bring: You work independently and in a team, have a positive manner and experience in upscale hotels, are resilient, well-groomed and precise, and speak German and English. Training and knowledge of Protel and MS Office are an advantage.
What SPA-Hotel Jagdhof offers: A permanent full-time position in a 5-star SPA hotel with a choice of a 5, 5.5 or 6-day week. Accommodation: team house with staff apartments.
