About the job
Your tasks: You welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, look after them day to day and take feedback and complaints, do administrative work at the front desk, coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, service and technical staff, check reservation confirmations and answer emails and guest enquiries.
What you bring: You have hotel training or comparable front desk experience, are friendly, confident and enthusiastic, work independently and accurately and speak German and English, spoken and written. Knowledge of a hotel system is desirable, you need EU citizenship or a valid Austrian work permit.
What alpenhotel Kaiserfels offers: A permanent full-time position from December 2026 in a 4-star hotel with 130 rooms, pay under the collective agreement with willingness to pay above it, no amount stated.
