About the job
Your tasks: You welcome, look after and say goodbye to guests and give information on offers in the hotel and surroundings. You handle enquiries and reservations, create offers, hold sales conversations and process wellness bookings in coordination with the spa. You also maintain and develop the digital guest folder and look after guests at the day bar.
What you bring: Hotel training is desirable but not required. You have experience in hospitality or the tasks listed, speak good German and English and know MS Office. You like learning modern hotel software, have team spirit, enjoy dealing with people and present yourself well.
What The Cōmodo offers: A full-time position starting immediately, year-round or seasonal, with regular working hours in a 5, 5.5 or 6-day week. Pay follows the collective agreement with willingness to pay above scale plus 13th and 14th salaries; the ad names no amount. Staff accommodation is available depending on availability for a cost-covering contribution, equipped with shower, WC, Wi-Fi and kitchenette, plus a laundry room and bike and ski room. Meals during duty are available. You also get 40 percent off food and beverage, an extra day off on your birthday, a gym, activity offers and training.
