About the job
Your tasks: You plan and coordinate the restaurant team including shift and holiday planning and develop the food and beverage offering with your own ideas. You are responsible for orders, stocktaking, inventory management, key figures, costs and the cash area, train and develop the team and trainees, ensure hygiene and quality and work closely with the other departments.
What you bring: You have completed training in hotels or hospitality, several years of service experience, ideally in a leading role, and experience in people management and organisation. You are confident, service-minded, reliable, structured and quality-conscious. You speak very good German and good English.
What COOEE alpin Hotels offers: A permanent full-time position with a year-round contract and a regular 5-day week. You live free of charge in staff accommodation and eat free at the hotel.
