About the job
Your tasks: You are responsible for smooth restaurant operations, lead and support the service team as the first point of contact and train new staff. You handle guest communication and customer service and coordinate with the other departments of the hotel.
What you bring: You have completed an apprenticeship in hospitality and experience as restaurant manager, maître d'hôtel or head waiter, ideally in upscale hotels. You are well presented, with excellent manners and very good written and spoken German. You are hospitable, strong in communication and leadership, flexible and reliable. Wine knowledge and sommelier experience are desirable.
