About the job
Your tasks: You look after guests from arrival to departure. You take reservations by phone, email or letter and handle everything through to check-out and payment. You also post extra revenue from the restaurants, spa, massages and hotel bar in the hotel accounting, do billing and bookings for the various departments and maintain statistics and guest information.
What you bring: You enjoy the job and fulfil individual guest wishes confidently and in a friendly way. A positive appearance and very good German and English are necessary, any additional language is an advantage in this front-of-house role.
What Hotel Regina offers you: A seasonal job in the front office of a house with 77 rooms and suites, three restaurants, a bar and a piano lounge. Board and lodging are possible by arrangement.
