About the job
Your tasks: You prepare cold and hot dishes and run the pizza section, are responsible for the mise en place, apply the hygiene concept and ensure smooth processes and consistent quality in a busy kitchen.
What you bring: A completed chef apprenticeship and at least two years of experience, including as a pizzaiolo. You speak German, ideally also English or another language, work independently and with commitment, are a team player and are happy to work evenings and weekends in exchange for days off during the week.
