About the job
Your tasks: You check revenue from rooms, restaurants and other outlets, reconcile payments and POS settlements, track customer accounts and deposits and prepare month-end closing. You also help calculate commissions for agencies, book supplier invoices, resolve price or quantity differences and prepare payment proposals.
What you bring: A degree in administration and finance, accounting, business administration or similar and at least three years of administrative experience, ideally in finance, accounting, invoicing or supplier management. You are confident with Excel and ERP; experience with Business Central, Opera, Simphony or DocuWare is a plus, as is English.
