About the job
Your tasks: You support and deputise for the restaurant manager in daily operations, lead and motivate the service team and run your own service station. You look after international guests, give expert advice on food and especially wine, check goods in and out and help develop the drinks and service offering.
What you bring: You have training in hospitality or something comparable and experience in a similar role. You bring good knowledge of wine and wine culture, ideally with further training, plus leadership skills, strong communication and a polished appearance. You speak good German and English.
What Bergland Hotel offers: A permanent full-time position with a start by arrangement and 3,500 euros gross per month. You live in the staff house, about 10 minutes' walk from the hotel, and get breakfast, lunch and dinner free, also on days off. Rosters come out early, plus gym, sauna and pool, discounts at the Sky Spa, a reduced ski pass and summer card, training and discounts at partner hotels.
