About the job
Your tasks: You share responsibility for the whole front desk area, check in late arrivals and check out early departures and do the daily closings, including checking invoices, registration forms and open accounts. At night you are responsible for hotel operations and security and are the contact for guests. You also handle admin such as lists and statistics, follow fire safety measures and work with Oracle Hospitality Suite 8, Symphonie and Skidata.
What you bring: You have hotel training, ideally first experience as night audit, and experience in upscale hospitality, ideally club hotels. You communicate well, come across confidently and enjoy guest contact. Good MS Office skills are needed, Fidelio is a plus. You speak good German, further languages are welcome.
What Aldiana Club Salzkammergut offers: A permanent full-time position starting immediately in a 5-day week, year-round, with at least 2,232 euros gross per month in 14 salaries.
