About the job
Your tasks: You learn cooking methods like roasting, braising and deep-frying – from vegetables, salads, pasta, soups and sauces to fish, meat and desserts. You prepare buffets and plated dishes, learn how to calculate costs and follow hygiene and HACCP rules. You also go through the three modules of the hotel's own apprentice academy.
What you bring: Finished compulsory school, team spirit, the ability to work under pressure, reliability, interest in good food and a good sense of taste.
What Das Alpenhaus offers you: new staff apartments with their own kitchen, rooms with Wi-Fi, private bathroom and WC (depending on availability), full board also on your days off, € 1,050 in the 1st, € 1,180 in the 2nd and € 1,400 in the 3rd year of your apprenticeship, an apprentice bonus of up to € 200 per month, a 13th and 14th salary, apprenticeship with Matura (school-leaving exam) and free use of the wellness and fitness areas.
