About the job
Your tasks: You produce cold and hot dishes, actively help in à la carte service and are responsible for the mise en place. You implement our hygiene concept and ensure smooth workflows, organisation and quality assurance in a high-performance kitchen.
What you bring: You have successfully completed a cooking apprenticeship (EFZ) and at least two years of experience in a similar position. You speak good to very good German and English, ideally one more language. You like people, find yourself in our values and enjoy flexible weekend and evening work, in return you enjoy your days off during the week. You are a strong team player who supports colleagues unprompted.
