About the job

Your tasks: You coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance at the hotel, lead, motivate and train the maintenance team, manage resources and costs without compromising quality, ensure safety, health and environmental compliance, work with other departments and introduce new strategies and technology.

What you bring: You have experience in hotel facilities maintenance or similar, technical training in electrics, plumbing or HVAC is a plus, plus leadership and organisation. You know safety standards, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automation and pool control, decide quickly at night and work flexibly as the hotel needs. At least two to three years of experience.
