About the job
Your tasks: You plan and ensure the technical upkeep of the property according to the maintenance schedule, including preventive, predictive and legally required maintenance of installations, equipment and systems. You keep maintenance logs, carry out inspections, handle faults and corrective actions, and lead your team, including shift planning, leave and training. You also monitor costs and the maintenance budget, manage the spare parts store, track energy consumption and make sure quality, safety and waste rules are followed.
What you bring: You have a technical qualification, such as an engineering degree or vocational training in electrics, electronics, installation, or energy and water. Several years of experience leading maintenance in hotels, commercial or residential construction are expected. You know the relevant regulations such as REBT, RITE, legionella control, occupational safety and gas, you can work with office and maintenance software, and you speak English at B1 level. A driving licence and your own vehicle are required.
