About the job
Your tasks: You organise, lead and train the maintenance team, plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance of installations and equipment, coordinate with other departments on faults and ensure safety and occupational rules are followed. You manage suppliers and external technical services, propose technical improvements, check work orders, response times and closure of incidents, handle orders, spare parts and technical inventory and write regular reports on work, costs and the condition of the facilities. The resort is in Manilva, in the western part of the Costa del Sol.
What you bring: Technical training in maintenance, electrics, climate technology or similar, two years in a responsible maintenance role in buildings or tourist establishments, knowledge of team management, work planning, supplier control and occupational safety. You organise well, lead confidently, decide clearly and use common computer tools.
