About the job

Your tasks: You lead own and subcontracted technical staff, handle repair requests, monitor water, electricity, diesel and gas consumption with telemetry software and keep water, pool, drainage, air-conditioning, electrical, lighting and gas systems and the hotel buggies running. You also organise event set-ups, coordinate outside companies, support refurbishments and manage stock.

What you bring: Technical training in electrics, climate control, plant maintenance or related fields and three to five years leading maintenance teams, ideally in hotels. Fluent Spanish, a driving licence, organisation and initiative. Pool maintenance experience and a legionella qualification are a plus.
