About the job
Your tasks: You are responsible for IT support across the whole hotel. This includes backups, communications and network tasks, maintenance of IT equipment, and repairs or part replacements for servers, devices and peripherals. You improve and simplify systems and processes, including security, check invoices from service providers and report to management in regular department meetings. Internal rules, workplace safety and tidiness are a matter of course.
What you bring: You have a degree in computer science with knowledge of hardware, programming, communications and virus protection. Intermediate English and very good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
