About the job
Your tasks: You plan and assign the daily assignments of the housekeeping team and keep reception, technical services and other departments in the loop. You supervise apprentices in hotel housekeeping, take guest requests and repair reports and pass them on. You also maintain cleaning schedules, checklists and rosters, order cleaning supplies, linen and materials, check the stockroom and document incidents and lost property.
What you bring: You have a qualification as a hotel professional (EFZ) or in housekeeping and at least two years of experience in a similar role in 5-star hospitality. You can bring a trainer course or complete it later. Your German and English are at an advanced level, more languages are a plus. You work independently, stay organised and keep calm under pressure.
