About the job
Your tasks: You independently handle all shift tasks at the front desk, deal with guest enquiries and reservations and run and check the cash desk on your own responsibility. You do check-in and check-out including preparation and handle guest feedback and complaints.
What you bring: You have completed training and or first work experience in hospitality, come across confidently and enjoy guest contact. You are a host with strong communication skills and good MS Office knowledge; Fidelio is a plus and club hotel experience is desirable. You have good German in speech and writing.
