Your tasks: You handle check-in and check-out, advise guests on the hotel's offers and actively upsell, process guest requests, registration forms and lost property (including night shifts when needed), manage the cash desk and invoice checks, maintain the loyalty programme and answer emails.
What you bring: You have hospitality training, ideally some experience, very good German and English, knowledge of Opera or Micros and MS Office, and you work in an organised, detail-minded way and stay calm under pressure.
