About the job
Your tasks: You make sure the whole house stays clean and well maintained, inspect rooms and public areas and coordinate the housekeeping work. You brief new team members, train your team on an ongoing basis and make sure guests are happy.
What you bring: You have a qualification as a hotel professional (EFZ) or in housekeeping and speak German. You are service-minded, work calmly and efficiently under pressure, have a strong sense of cleanliness and are reliable and a good team player. A trainer course and experience in a similar position are an advantage, as are further languages.
What Bürgenstock Resort offers you: A permanent full-time position (100 percent), starting immediately or by arrangement. The staff house has a gym, TV lounge, billiard room and library.
