About the job
Your tasks: You support the Chef de Rang at the service station and take it over independently when they are away. You serve food and drinks to 5-star standards, take orders, advise guests and prepare the daily mise en place. You work closely with kitchen, bar and sommelier, uphold quality, hygiene and service standards and train new colleagues and apprentices.
What you bring: You speak very good German and are an EU citizen. You have training in hospitality or relevant experience, and luxury experience is welcome. You are eager to learn, a team player, resilient and well presented.
What Post Lech offers: A permanent full-time position from 1 December 2026 at 3,000 euros gross per month. Accommodation in modern rooms with bathroom and Wi-Fi, some with cooking facilities, within walking distance of the hotel, is free, as are meals during work and on days off.
